These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Subzero Catch mobile game ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Play

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use and play our Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Game for any other purpose.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
  • Using our Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems or networks.

3. Virtual Items

The Game may include virtual items or currency ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that you do not own these Virtual Items. They are part of a limited license for your use in the Game. All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to play the Game will be revoked.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subzero Catch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
